Our Social Empowerment and Employability Program
It was created to support women in vulnerable situations — many of them deprived of their freedom — and to offer them more than just a job: the possibility of believing in themselves again.
Through sewing and embroidery workshops, we integrate them into our production chain with fair pay, decent working conditions, and technical training. But the real impact happens internally: when they regain their confidence, strengthen their self-esteem, and discover their leadership potential.
It all started with her.
She was one of the first six women who believed in our social program, when it was still just an idea with a soul and a great desire to make amends.
After serving a sentence of more than twelve years in the Fatima prison, he joined our workshops.
For eight years she developed her skills, became a finishing supervisor within the prison, led processes, and accompanied other women in their training.
When she regained her freedom, we didn't hesitate: we hired her. Today she's a salesperson and an essential part of our team.
But above all, it is living proof that second chances not only transform stories: they rewrite them with their own voice.
And so, with each stitch,
with every garment that passes through her hands,
She reminds us of something we never forget:
There is no scar that cannot become art,
nor a painful story that does not deserve to be told with dignity.
